Professor Jonathan Morris, University of Hertfordshire is a historian of consumption, with particular interests in commodities, food, marketing, retailing, and the processes of transnational transfer. His specialist area is the history of coffee.
Mr. Jeronimo de Miguel is a brand strategist. In 2018, he co-founded The Open Collective in Prince Edward County to help individuals explore the potential of human achievement through mindful, expansive programming in a single, connected natural environment. He is currently Partner & Chief Strategist at global consulting practice Sunday+Night and Managing Partner of Gusto Green, a global cannabis lifestyle brand that reimagines the future of food and adaptogens with initial operations in Downtown LA opening March 2021. Jeronimo serves on the McGill University Faculty of Arts Advisory Board and is a regular instructor in brand management at the University of Toronto.
Professor Craig Heron is a Canadian social historian and public intellectual with a broad interest in labour and cultural history. A former president of the Canadian Historical Association, he is a professor emeritus at York University.
