CBHA/ACHA sponsored corporate oral history workshop: SATURDAY, 14 OCTOBER 2017, at the Oral History Centre in Winnipeg.

This workshop will be a full day, and will provide everything corporate archivists and business historians need to conduct their own oral history interviews and to work with existing oral history collections. Training will include the pre- and post-interview phases (including ethics and budgeting), as well as the interview itself (including digital recording). Workshop participants also will be provided with OHC-designed templates to organize and archive their oral history projects.

We hope that by offering the workshop on Saturday, workshop participants will have minimal disruption to their work week. Participants are encouraged to stay in Winnipeg an extra day to visit the Hudson's Bay Company Archives, the Canadian Museum for Human Rights, and other venues of interest.
