The presentation by author Charlotte Gray at the CBHA/ACHA Annual General Meeting is now available for viewing on the organization's YouTube Channel.

Charlotte presents on her book Murdered Midas: A Millionaire, His Gold Mine, and a Strange Death on an Island Paradise. This extensively researched book is the fascinating story of the ill-fated Sir Harry Oakes, once the richest man in the British Empire, who was murdered in 1943. This unsolved murder became celebrated as 'the crime of the century'.

Charlotte Gray is one of Canada's best-known writers and the author of ten acclaimed books of literary non-fiction. A member of the Order of Canada, Charlotte is an adjunct research professor at Carleton University in Ottawa, Canada and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Canada.
